Mars is closing on your ruler Jupiter in Leo right now — and the thing you've been calling 'building momentum' is about to discover that this particular conjunction doesn't do gradual. How much of what you're about to launch have you actually thought through?
Mars at 15° Leo is moving toward your ruler Jupiter at 23° Leo — an approach that brings raw drive into contact with the planet that governs your entire chart, amplifying whatever you're already carrying. Meanwhile, a Full Moon in Taurus sits in direct tension with a Sun-Pluto conjunction so exact it's measured in hundredths of a degree, flooding Taurus's house of tangible resources with Scorpionic pressure. The sky today is not subtle: it is asking you what you actually want to build, and whether you have the appetite to see it through.
When Mars approaches Jupiter, the traditional astrologers called it a moment of 'great fervour' — desire and expansion fused into a single impulse. For you, Pisces, this is not abstract. Jupiter is your ruling planet, which means this conjunction isn't happening to someone else's chart; it is activating the very engine of your nature. Something you want has gotten louder this week, and what you may be experiencing as enthusiasm is actually a signal worth decoding carefully. Mars brings the hunger; Jupiter brings the story you tell about that hunger. The question is whether those two things are telling you the same thing.
The Full Moon in Taurus — and it is fully, completely full today — illuminates your sector of daily reality: the body, the routine, the practical scaffolding of your life. This is the kind of lunation that makes invisible things visible, usually the ones you've been stepping around. Whatever has been quietly accumulating in your material world — a financial pattern, a health habit, a daily rhythm that no longer serves you — is lit up for honest inspection right now. This is not punishment; it is information arriving at the precise moment you have the energy to do something with it.
The Sun-Pluto conjunction sitting at an almost impossibly exact 0.01° orb is the structural fact underneath today's sky. Pluto in Aquarius is asking what you are willing to release from the story of who you are in order to become what you're reaching toward. This is not the drama of the day — it's the ground the drama is standing on. With Mars now energizing your ruler, you have genuine fuel available. The question is not whether to move. It's whether you've named, honestly, what you're moving toward and what you are willing to leave behind for it.
The Full Moon throws light on what you've been accepting as 'just how things are' in close relationships — today is for seeing it clearly, not fixing it immediately.
Mars-Jupiter energy arriving through your chart ruler means ambition is real and available today, but check whether the project you're about to accelerate is actually ready for that speed.
Something that has been quietly building in your sense of identity — a new appetite, a stronger boundary, a clearer 'no' — is ready to be acknowledged as permanent, not provisional.
““Jupiter, lord of the nativity, joined with Mars, maketh the native of great fervour and execution — but the fervour must be governed, or it consumes the very aim it seeks.””
TranslationThe juice is real today, Pisces — Mars moving toward your ruler is genuine momentum, not illusion. Lilly's caution is simply this: fervor without direction is combustion, so before you move fast, name the target clearly.
Write down the one thing you want to launch or commit to before the year ends — one concrete sentence, no hedging language — and read it aloud once before you do anything else.
