Pisces
Water·Mutable·Ruled by Jupiter
July 10, 2026
You are not lost — you are between drafts. The Waning Crescent doesn't erase you; it edits you.
Jupiter entering Leo is a genuine shift in your weather. For most of 2025 you were running on Cancer's tidal pull — intuition, memory, the soft underbelly of feeling. Leo is a different engine: it wants the interior life *performed*, brought into the light where someone else can warm themselves by it. At 2°, Jupiter is barely through the door, but the trine to retrograde Neptune (your co-ruler by modern convention) means the door swings open into a dream you haven't finished writing. Don't announce the novel yet. Draft the chapter.
The harder pressure is Jupiter opposing Pluto in Aquarius. This is not subtle. Pluto in Aquarius has spent two years dismantling the structures of collective meaning — systems, institutions, the stories society tells about who belongs. Jupiter across the axis from it is a stretching force: you are being asked to hold personal faith and collective disruption in the same two hands without dropping either. For Pisces, this is almost a native skill — you live on the boundary between self and everything else — but even native skills get tired. The Sun square Saturn in Aries says: the effort is real. Budget for it.
The Moon in Taurus sextiling retrograde Mercury is the quiet gift tucked into today's pocket. Taurus Moon wants sensory evidence of goodness — something you can touch, taste, or genuinely rest inside. Mercury retrograde in Cancer is combing back through old conversations, old feelings, things said sideways. Let the Moon do the translation work: instead of replaying a difficult exchange in your head, put something beautiful in your hands. The body knows what the mind is still sorting out.
““Jupiter, when he beholds Neptune with a trine, opens the inner eye and makes the native a receiver of things not yet manifest in the world.””
— Paraphrase after William Lilly, Christian Astrology (1647)
TranslationToday's Jupiter-Neptune trine is that old Lilly idea made literal: your imagination is receiving signal, not noise. The trick is to write it down before the retrograde static rewrites it.
Cosmic Assignment
Write three sentences — by hand, if you can — about what you are hoping for right now, then seal the page and don't read it again until Mercury stations direct.
